At Finley, we’re dedicated to continuously improving how our customers manage their financial data. This month, we’re excited to unveil two powerful new tools: the Financial Statements Dashboard and the Receivable Dashboard.
These features are designed to give you greater insight and control over your data, enhancing your ability to monitor financial health and receivable performance.
Financial Statements Dashboard
With the new Financial Statements Dashboard, users can now access a comprehensive view of their financial statements, all within the Finley portal. This tool allows customers to programmatically share financial data through a seamless CSV upload or a secure integration, providing up-to-date financial data, surfaced as a clear Balance Sheet and Income Statement overview.
With the Financial Statements Dashboard, users can dive into their data across multiple timeframes and instantly track percentage changes over time—whether for monthly, quarterly, or yearly reporting.
The Finley Dashboard offers a range of powerful features to enhance financial oversight:
- High-level financial overviews: Access a concise summary of your financial statements, giving you a snapshot of your overall financial health at a glance.
- Track historical trends: Analyze your financial performance over time, identifying key patterns and areas for improvement to guide strategic decision-making.
- Financial covenant monitoring: Stay compliant with real-time updates and automated covenant calculations, allowing for proactive financial management.
Users can easily provide financial data within the Finley portal through our new Railz integration. Once connected to your financial service provider, Finley will regularly fetch, transform, and visualize your accounting data—unlocking a comprehensive suite of analytics tools in the new Financial Statements Dashboard.
Receivable Dashboard
The Receivable Dashboard is a new tool designed to give customers an in-depth view of their receivables. This dashboard offers users a clear and detailed understanding of their portfolio at the receivable level, with customized filters to easily narrow down receivables based on specific criteria.
With customizable filters, you can easily narrow down receivables based on specific criteria, making it easy to focus on the most relevant assets. Users can dive deeper into individual receivables and access complete historical summaries, including time-series graphs that visualize trends across key fields. Our Receivable Details pages offer a quick, at-a-glance summary of the latest data, with clear flags to indicate whether a receivable is eligible or delinquent.
Finley’s Receivables Dashboard also features an in-depth Collateral Data Quality portion, which summarizes each received field for the receivable over all historical reporting dates, with graphs that visualize evolving amounts and summary tables that show what value was associated with that receivable per reporting date.

Simplify portfolio management with better tooling
We’ve introduced two powerful tools designed to give users a clear, aggregated portfolio-level view of their credit facility assets across multiple facilities and loan products.
Portfolio-Level Balance Sheet
With the new Portfolio-Level Balance Sheet, users can instantly access a comprehensive snapshot of their portfolio and the underlying credit facilities directly from the Finley Dashboard home page. View key aggregate values, like global utilization rates, outstanding balances, and total borrowing base, all in one streamlined view. We’ve revamped the home page to include a full Balance Sheet overview, displaying total exposure across facilities and loan products.
Users leveraging Finley’s Assignment tooling can also view this data within the Assignment screen, which now summarizes the Balance Sheet Impact of any Assignment strategy under review. This feature allows users to see aggregate values of total exposure across all loan products, eligible exposure by facility, and any remaining unpledged value on their balance sheet.
Portfolio-Level Custom Strategies
Building on our custom strats tooling, Finley customers can now view portfolio-level aggregated views of credit facility data. Instantly view any standardized values across multiple credit facilities in your portfolio to see aggregate values, including total eligible exposure or average delinquencies across multiple facilities, capturing a clear picture of your portfolio’s overall health at a glance.
